EXPERIENCE

HiTecSoft Inc. Aug 1998 - Nov 1998 (IS Manager/Software Development)

Working with yet another Software Developer gave me, not only more experience in a broad spectrum of Server types and Operating Systems, but allowed to hit the ground running with Netware 5, and learn more about the cutting edge techniques and products for managing source code of major network products.

Knozall Systems, Inc. Jan 1998 - Aug 1998 (Software Development)

As the Product Manager for NodeVision Pro, now NodeVision Wizard, I moved with the product when it was sold to Knozall Systems, for further development and took on a more active role in the further development, debugging and testing of the product. I have performed development functions such as code alterations, debug and cleanup, Alpha testing and liaison for Beta test sites, pre and post sales technical support and field demonstrations and installations for customers. Throughout I have gained working experience in both Visual C and Visual BASIC programming. The product NodeVision Wizard 4.0 is available for download.

Fresh NetSoft, Inc. Nov 1996 - Out of Business (Product Manager)

As a Product Manager I have participated in all levels of the development and support of a Node Management and Inventory Database Program from feature planning and implementation to C/C++ source code cleanup and maintenance. I was key in determining major direction changes in the 32 bit version of the product, and in converting customer requests into actual feature revisions. I was involved in all formats of the documentation, including the HTML pages that served as online technical helps to customers.

I also served as LAN Administrator for Netware 3.12 and 4.11 including joint setup and management of the Corporate Intranet; assembly and repair of PC Hardware; and research, installation and support of all LAN based software. Maintained and updated technical files and documentation on the Corporate Web Page including some animation.

Served frequently as field support for technical presentations of our software to NUI and NUG groups as well as product presentations at Technical Conferences. Numerous customer and Beta site installations, and training sessions, to help close a sale, or research a problem.

Due to circumstances beyond the scope of Fresh Netsoft company operations, the parent company, Cybernet was shut down, which caused a ripple effect with all of the subsidiaries, including Fresh Netsoft. The product I managed was the flagship product, and since the move to Knozall, has become ready to ship as NodeVision Wizard 4.0

ADFlex Solutions, Inc. Jan 1994 - Oct 1996 (CDI Contract Jan 1994 - Sep 1995)

Handled all new computer rollout and software ordering, repairs and parts replacement of all PCs. Also joint administration of Netware 4.10 using NDS tools, maintenance and planning of NDS Security and rights map to match Organizational Layout of company.
